Athletes Way Ahead

While watching this season of the Realty TV show BigBrother 11, I am finding it quite entertaining. The contestent profiles are of the usual mix, which makes the show quite interesting.

CBS Big Brother The return of Jessie the bodybuilder has put a twist into the game. He is now more mature and more determined to win this season. No more do we see the old Jessie teasing and making fun of contestents behind their backs. Instead, we see a more reserved Jessie who isolates himself from the house guests. His means of communication is through his very tight alliance. His strategy to win this season is quite simple: Win every competition and align yourself with other winners!

In watching the Showtime feed, we see a different side to the house. The house guests complain of downtime, complain of getting fat because they are bored and eat 4 meals a day, and complain that there is nothing to read in the house except for a bible. What we do see is that Casey will be backdoored by Jessie and evicted on the Live Show coming up Thursday, July 30th. It is his own fault, as he could have won the Veto competition, but instead went for a free vacation. The free vacation turned out to be a lemon, and he has to dress up as a bannana for a week!

Every season of Big Brother has taught us that only those who remain focused on the $500,000 will win it. And contestants that have a goal to get to the Jury house always loose. But even the winners loose as it always comes down to those final events. The jury is still out, as we watch, listen, and analyze.
