Russell HoH on Big Brother
New Head of Household is Russell
Well, as I predicted, it was Casey who was booted out of the Big Brother house for this season of the Realty TV show of Big Brother 11. His fate was in the hands of Jessie. Jessie privately told Michele that Casey was throwing others under the bus, rather than focus on saving himself. So in tonight’s CBS broadcast, Casey said some angry words to Jessie. In fact, during his speech, he made it clear he was very upset with Ronnie and Jessie, but was pleased with everyone else.
The new Head of Household competition was an endurance test, with all of the house guests, except for Jessie, being hung on a carousel and twirled around while water would occassionally spray them, or a massive rubber thing looking like a diploma would slap them silly. It was Chima who was the weakest, who actually up-chucked several times. Then Ronnie was behind her, and got sick from her smell. But in the end, after 3 1/2 hours, it was just Russel and Jeff hanging on. Jeff made a deal with Russel to keep him and his new girl friend, Jordan, safe for the week, and then Jeff dropped down.
What was interesting is that all the house guests surrounded Russel afterwards, and would help him in any way possible. Yet Jeff, who stayed up there just as long, was ignored by all the house guests. It was actually Lydia who was worried the most, as she felt she would be put up for eviction. Ronnie knew he was safe, because he had a secret Alliance with Russell.
Later in the kitchen, Jordan said her vagina was caught in the rope. She was hoping people would not think she was having an orgasm while she wiggled back and forth. Jeff took a long hot shower, while Russell was pampered by his fellow houseguests. It was almost midnight in the Big Brother house when Russell got to unlock his HOH room. He read an encouraging letter from his family and a friend. It now makes sense why he would not drop and instead wanted to win HOH to receive a letter from his "Pops". The letter stated his father was fine and recovering from surgery, which put Russell at ease.
On the CBS broadcast, Julie announced there were no longer any teams, and that each person was for themselves now. She also said that America was going to vote for a house guest to have the ultimate power. This person could remove candidates for eviction, right before the vote, and put up anyone they choose (except for HOH and the winner of the Veto contest). This power could only be used over the next two weeks. Based on the popularity tests, Jeff is way ahead. So it would only make sense that he would be voted by America to win this power. Also, Ronnie is the most unpopular house guest. And we know that Jeff would put up Ronnie for eviction. So again, it only makes sense that Jeff should receive this special power from America.
It was also revealed on the Showtime show that the house now has three new "have-nots". They are Jessie, Natalie, and Kevin. So starting Sunday night, they have to sleep in a terrible room together. This room has very hard beds, (no mattress), and very small individual pillows. Natalie was complaining that she couldn’t wash the pillows because of the outside being locked down for clean-up. She complained about sleeping on someone’s sweat from the night before. Also, she said she would not shower for a week, because they are only given cold water showers. What she does not know is that besides the special "slop" food that they will be on (which gives them diarrhea), America is voting on a special food supplement for them!
So we are in for a very interesting two weeks of surprising fun, and watching the house guests worry about who is really going to go home!
